I'm genuinely pretty impressed at the quality! - so it folds down almost flat, and can expand to the backpack form or the extended form. - each of the zippers has a plastic clip to secure my kitty inside, preventing her from poking her head through and opening the doors (except on the extension compartment door). - the floor panels are a thin piece of fur carpet, they are okay quality but it allows the backpack to be folded. - the extension compartment comes out sturdy, though you do have to move the backpack straps out of the way awkwardly, but it's worked well for me when i take my cat to the park and let her hang out in there. - not gonna include pictures cause the pics/videos pretty much show it how it is

It seems of good quality, a bit small for a dog, much better for a cat. The zippers don't give me much confidence; maybe the one at the bottom shouldn't exist as it can be opened and the animal can escape.
